As an institutuon, the Bauhaus in Dessau disseminated its knowledge in various ways,
under-taking programmed, academic efforts, but also promoting events in which creativity
was used in a less deterministic fashion, insinctively playful and festive.
It was during these celebrations that the Bauhauss's most creative forms arose.
The construction of a museum dedicated to the school and situated in Dessau opens up
the possibility of revising that creative-festive spirit from a contemporary perspective,
exploring the sociological and urban limits of the city.
